Halo Infinite's OST is now available on major music streaming services
One of the best Halo scores in a while.
What you need to know
- Halo Infinite OST was made available on all major music streaming services ahead of the campaign launch.
- The composer behind the two Ori games contributed to the score.
- This is the first Halo game that will not have Martin O'Donnell contributing to the OST.
With the Halo Infinite campaign launch happening today, there's a lot to excited about. Until then, if you're eager to enjoy the OST for the game, you can hop on to your music streaming service of choice and enjoy the OST to one of the best entries in the series to date! You can stream the official Halo OST right now on Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Tidal.
Halo has, for the most part, had a memorable soundtrack with some great pieces of score. One of our favorites is "Halo" from Halo: Combat Evolved in 2001, which was the first piece of music you are greeted with when you launch the game, and a similar tune also plays when you launch Halo Infinite's multiplayer.
Unfortunately, Halo Infinite's soundtrack will also be the first time Martin O'Donnell will not be a part of the composers. However, if you're a fan of the Ori games, you will be glad to know that the composer on both titles, Gareth Coker, has contributed a lot of the music to the latest Halo entry. Other artists that worked on the soundtrack include Curtis Schweitzer and Joel Corelitz.
In our Halo Infinite campaign review, we adored the soundtrack, writing that the composers "masterfully blended classic Halo motifs with bold new ideas, creating a soundtrack that's quintessentially Halo while also pushing the music of the franchise in exciting new directions."
Halo Infinite campaign is now out on Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. Console and PC Game Pass subscribers will be able to get the game for free, but if you want to try out the game for only a $1, we've written how you can do so.
The next big adventure
Halo Infinite's campaign promises fans the most expansive single-player Halo experience to date, featuring a dynamic open world brimming with stories to uncover and hours of shooter action. It's a modern masterpiece that's familiar, yet fresh, in all the right ways.
