Halo Infinite multiplayer has launched in the form of beta, with players able to earn rewards and progress on Season One that'll carry over to the full launch of the game's campaign. That doesn't mean there aren't any special events to look forward to until then, as 343 Industries shared on Friday the rewards for the upcoming Halo Infinite Fracture: Tenrai event that kicks off on Nov. 23, 2021.
Fracture: Tenrai is a free event with 30 tiers, including the Yoroi samurai-esque armor. You can take a look at some of the items included below:
The 20th Anniversary event is ending the day before Fracture: Tenrai arrives, so if you haven't yet, log into Halo Infinite and grab the free armor coatings on offer. Following Fracture: Tenrai, there'll be more events in the coming weeks, such as Winter Contigency, Cyber Showdown and Tactical Ops. As Halo Infinite continues to grow, there'll also be new modes and new maps in the future.
Halo Infinite's campaign is set to launch on Dec. 8, 2021. Like the multiplayer, it's available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One and PC. Our Halo Infinite campaign preview indicates that at least the first four missions of the game show strong promise.
Halo Infinite's multiplayer has launched a few weeks early, compiling its classic arena multiplayer modes, expanded 24-player Big Team Battle, and more into one free-to-play package.
