The Nano is Anova's smallest and quietest sous vide precision cooker yet. It has Bluetooth built in so you can download the free app on iOS or Android and control the cooker from wherever you are. You can even leave the kitchen and get some other stuff done while you wait. The app allows you to monitor and adjust its temperature from up to 30 feet away.

To get started, you simply attach the Nano to any pot, add some water, put your meal in a sealed bag, and drop it in. You can use any pot as shallow as five inches and create a water bath of up to four gallons. Use the Nano's digital screen for manual temperatures and time inputs.

The cooker is small enough to fit into a kitchen drawer, but it still has an output of 750W of power for high-output heat. You can set a timer for up to 99 hours, although you should hope you don't need to cook it for that long! Use Anova's Culinary app for more than 1,000 recipes, step-by-step guides, and helpful tips. You can cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, desserts, and plenty more.

This is where the vacuum sealer comes into play. You can fully seal your food, do so quickly, and fit the food directly into the water bath. You'll get everything cooked to the exact temperature you specify and end up with a restaurant-quality meal.
