Gears 5 Operation 4: Brothers in Arms begins on July 14 and adds Dom

- Today, The Coalition revealed that one of these new characters is Dom, from the original Gears of War trilogy.
- Operation 4 is scheduled to begin on July 14.
Gears 5's current Operation is coming to an end and players can look forward to Operation 4: Brothers in Arms occuring very shortly. Ahead of this Operation, The Coalition shared a teaser indicating that one of the new playable characters will be Dominic Santiago. Much like the Carmine brothers who were added during Operation 3, Dom will only be usable in PvP at launch, with PvE support coming a bit later. Other new characters and new maps will also be added in Operation 4.
Operation 4 is currently slated to begin on July 14. That means if you have anything else in Operation 3 that you'd like to earn, you've got one more week to grind it out. Gears 5 is available on Xbox One and PC via Game Pass for PC and Steam. Gears 5 will be an Xbox Series X Optimized title, with possible 120 FPS support.
