It's essentially a tradition in Gears of War for there to bad a "sad trailer" - a trailer featuring somber music. For the original Gears of War, there was the famous trailer with "Mad World." For Gears of War 4, a cover of "The Sound of Silence" performed by Disturbed was used in the Tomorrow trailer.
While not quite as morose, Gears 5 continues the tradition with a new cinematic launch trailer, complete with a remix of "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac, performed by Evanescence. You can take a look at the new trailer below:
Gears 5 Ultimate Edition is live right now in many countries and will be available in North America at 9:00 p.m. EST today. The standard edition of the game is set to be available on September 10, on Xbox One and PC (including Steam).
