Dynasty Warriors: Origins is a hack-and-slash action game based on the famous 14th-century novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms. In this game, you play as an amnesiac martial artist traveling China searching for his lost memories and name.

Your journey then takes a dramatic turn when you encounter a village suffering famine and meet two warriors who ask you to join their crusade to topple this country's corrupt rulers and save its downtrodden people.
