During The Game Awards we got to see an extended gameplay video for Crimson Desert. This is an MMO RPG in a fantasy world being developed by Pearl Abyss. It focuses on the legecy of mercenaries during a time of fading legends.

The gameplay shown gave us an idea for what the melee combat system looks like. We also got to see a number of locations including deserts, lush forests, mountains, and more. From what we saw, it looks like this will be an emotional and fast-paced experience.

Crimson Desert's story plays out differently depending on the actions you take. Take command of melee weapons to defeat foes and beasts who stand in your way. There are also mythical monsters and evil rulers to defeat. One thing is for sure, the graphics in this game look absolutely phenomenal, especially when it comes to the landscape and background designs.

This game will be coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. However, it won't release until Winter 2021. We'll continue to keep our ears to the ground and will provide more information as we learn more. Until then, you can watch The Game Awards and see who the winners are.
