The Fhotoroom team has announced there are now 5 million active monthly users of the app, which launched first for the Windows Phone platform.
The team announced the new milestone on their Twitter account:

Fhotoroom launched the Windows 10 PC version of the app in late 2015 and the Windows 10 Mobile version in February. Earlier in April the same team launched the Reduce image compression app for Windows 10 on the PC,
