This fan-made Ori and the Blind Forest Xbox isn't real, but it should be
Ori and the Blind Forest launched a couple of years ago to stunning praise for its art, tight-platforming gameplay, and its emotional narrative.
Game developer Moon Studios is already working on a sequel, dubbed Ori and the Will of the Wisps, announced back at E3 2017. Little is known about the upcoming game, besides the fact it will likely follow the same Metroidvania-like format with Moon Studios' signature hand-painted art and robust platforming play. While we wait to find out more, 3D designer known as @GeordieTommy_ has created a custom Ori Xbox One X concept, and it's gorgeous.
The custom Xbox One X comes with a cute Ori logo next to the power button, Ori and the Will of the Wisps branding, complete with a dark owl controller. Tommy has also made various other quality fan concepts, including this Cuphead controller, these Destiny class-branded controllers, and this State of Decay 2 Xbox concept.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps doesn't have a set launch window as of yet, but it looks as though it'll be every bit as emotional and satisfying as the previous entry.
Ori and the Blind Forest is available now for Xbox One and Windows 10, for $19.99. If you haven't played it, I cannot recommend it enough.
