Today, Microsoft hosted the first episode of Inside Xbox for 2020. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there wasn't a traditional show, but a lot of remote presentations about games like Obsidian Entertainment's "Grounded" and more. You can take a look at the highlights below.

Grounded

Grounded got its first gameplay reveal during the Inside Xbox show. The game will be developed with input from the community, so if you want to get involved, be sure to get in touch with Obsidian Entertainment. Grounded is coming to Xbox Game Preview and Steam Early Access on July 28.

Xbox Series X

Xbox's Jason Ronald was interviewed by Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry Hryb – also known as Major Nelson – about the upcoming Xbox Series X. While previously-known specifications were revealed, the main point both wanted to stress was that you need to store Xbox Series X titles on the internal solid-state drive, or Seagate Expansion Card, due to the performance requirements. You can still play Xbox One games from other external hard drives.

Xbox Game Pass

Football Manager 2020, Journey to the Savage Planet, and more are coming to Xbox Game Pass in April. However, the highlight had to be Yakuza Kiwami – the beginning of the popular franchise – which is coming to the service at a later date. Hopefully, it'll be towards the end of April or the beginning of May.

Gears Tactics

Gears Tactics was confirmed for Xbox One and is coming to the console "later this year." The action also focuses on Kait Diaz's father, which is a nice change of pace.

Project xCloud

Project xCloud is expanding to Japan and other territories, and getting new games like Dragon Age: Inquisition, Unravel 2, and The Sims 4.

Journey to the Savage Planet

Journey to the Savage Planet is getting a new expansion on April 15.

The Last Campfire

The Last Campfire is the next game from No Man's Sky developer Hello Games. It looks incredible and we can't wait to play it. It tells a surprisingly emotional story, which no one was expecting.

Xbox Game Bar

Xbox Game Bar on PC will support third-party widgets, including tools like XSplit. This is an incredibly useful development that should help streamers tremendously.

Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is getting a new update – and cats – soon. The next content update, called Ships of Fortune, adds a lot of content and a secret feature that wasn't revealed by developer Rare.

What was your favorite announcement from Inside Xbox? Let us know. Grounded looks incredible and we can't wait to get our hands on it! The Last Campfire was also a nice surprise.
