Effective work needs an effective work machine, and the Dell Latitude series delivers
The pace of your business's operation can't afford to be dictated by the slowest machine in your fleet. Not only should your company be running on fast and modern hardware, but it should also enjoy the latest in security features and networking technologies to help your teams stay connected and protected. With the new Dell Latitude 9420 and 9520 laptops and 2-in-1s, that's just what you get.
The premium laptops are designed for the modern workspace with updated processors that won't leave workers twiddling their thumbs waiting to get to work, advanced mics and speakers to make communicating seamless, and advanced networking options for a work-worthy connection wherever the work goes.
Dell Latitude 9420
The Dell Latitude 9420 isn't just a great laptop for work in the office. Its available Wi-Fi 6E connectivity ensures it has plenty of speed over a wireless connection for seamless conference calls or access to network-attached storage. It tops that off with a microSIM slot and eSIM option to connect to 4G LTE and even 5G networks for a high-speed mobile option. Its 2.8-pound design only makes it that much better suited to on-the-go work.
A work laptop wouldn't be much good if you can't see what you're doing, so the Dell Latitude 9420 features a 14-inch display with a few options for ease-of-use. There are Full HD+ and Quad HD+ models that offer bright backlighting for easy visibility in all conditions, and the display's have a 16:10 aspect ratio to provide more useful workspace. For long hours working on the laptop, the displays also include Dell's ComfortView Plus technology to reduce harmful blue light.
A brighter display takes more battery, and to address that Dell offers a 60WHr battery in the Dell Latitude 9420 as well as ExpressCharge 2.0 capability to top up quickly.
Dell Latitude 9520
When a bit more screen real estate is needed to get work done, the Dell Latitude 9520 can provide. It features a 15-inch display, and yet it still maintains the proportions of a 14-inch laptop. Where it counts, the Dell Latitude 9520 also provides a 500-nit 4K display option, letting team members who handle critical design work see everything with that extra level of detail.
The Dell Latitude 9520 is an office powerhouse, but it's also well suited for off-site work thanks to its LTE connectivity. There's also an option with an 88WHr battery to maximize up-time while away from power sources. And, just like the Latitude 9420, the Latitude 9520 supports Dell's ExpressCharge technology.
More optimization under the hood
Dell's Latitude series of laptops are tuned for work with Dell Optimizer. From the very start, they can simplify things. With ExpressSign-in, the Latitude laptops can detect when you're nearby and activate Windows Hello to log you in without lifting a finger, and then lock when you leave your machine. When you're connecting with coworkers, ExpressConnect will automatically find the strongest Wi-Fi access point to connect to and prioritize conferencing apps' bandwidth, and Intelligent Audio will cut down on background noise and enhance audio so you can hear and be heard clearly. When the camera and mic aren't needed, Dell's SafeShutter technology will automatically cover the camera.
