The game garnered great reviews at launch, and if you're interested in playing it, you can do so on Xbox One. The title is currently priced at $22 on the Microsoft Store. Unfortunately, it's not Xbox One X Enhanced, but given its pixelated nature, it doesn't need to be.
In Windows Central's review, Brendan Lowry wrote, "Children of Morta is one of the best roguelike games I've played, and I'd even go so far as to say that it's one of the best ones ever made, period. Aside from the rare cheap moment, everything about Children of Morta, from the story to the gameplay to the presentation, is simply incredible."
