Updated November 27, 2018: Darksiders III is now available for everyone, including standard edition owners.
Darksiders III just started its 24-hour early access period on Xbox One and other platforms. There were a few versions of the game available for preorder. The Blades & Whip Edition and Deluxe Edition give gamers early access to the title and a discount. The Darksiders III standard edition should launch on November 27, 2018.
The Deluxe Edition usually costs $79.99, but you can purchase it for $71.99 for the next few hours. The Blades & Whip Edition costs $89.99, but you can purchase it for $99.99 for the next few hours. It seems like both titles are discounted independent of Microsoft's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
In Darksiders III, players return to a post-apocalyptic Earth. The game is a hack-and-slash adventure where you assume the role of Fury in her quest to hunt down and dispose of the Seven Deadly Sins. Fury is by far the most unpredictable and enigmatic of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. She has to succeed where many have failed when it comes to bringing balance to the forces that now ravage Earth.

Combat is challenging and fun, the game world is richly detailed and full of secrets, and the artistic presentation is nothing short of phenomenal."
