Cyanide & Happiness battle royale 'Rapture Rejects' launches on Steam Early Access
Cyanide & Happiness brings its dark humor to games.
Cyanide & Happiness is an extremely popular and hilarious comic series that features gratuitous violence. In order to understand the humor in Cyanide & Happiness, let me give you an example. In this twisted universe, "Acts of Kindness" are often confused as "Axe of Kindness" and end up splitting humans in half. Apart from that, Dr. Baby is a toddler allowed to practice medicine, and ends up killing a lot of his patients because he's throwing a temper tantrum or performing surgery when as lacks fine motor control.
For many years now, gamers have been asking for a Cyanide & Happiness game. Luckily, that day has arrived because a battle royale experience known as Rapture Rejects is now available in Steam Early Access. According to publisher tinyBuild, "Rapture Rejects is a dark comedy battle royale game based on the web comics. Fifty players drop into a world that only one can survive in. You have to scavenge for resources and fight off enemies until there is only one person left. That person gets to go to heaven."
When God leaves the worst of us to fight for ourselves, all that's left to do is to kill each other. Rapture Rejects features a top-down isometric perspective. This allows for much more accessible gameplay and colorful character customization that's easy to distinguish.
If you're interesting in the game, you can purchase it right now on Steam Early Access for $19.99. To celebrate the launch, Rapture Rejects will be free to play on Steam until 1 PM ET on December 3, 2018.
