Gaming chairs, especially ones on PC, are often too expensive for many players. They're superb in terms of quality, but none of that matters if you're tight on money and can't get your hands on them in the first place. So, if you're a PC gamer looking for a comfortable, yet affordable chair, it's easy to feel like you're out of luck. Thankfully, there's a solution to this problem in the form of the Coavas PC Gaming Chair.
The Coavas PC Gaming Chair represents the pinnacle of inexpensive options for PC players. It's comfortable, has core features, and looks cool, while also being very affordable at just $106. It's far from the best chair you can get on the market, but it is one of the best in terms of getting the most out of your money. While its flaws are clear, the highlights are even more so.
Price: $106Bottom line: The Coavas PC Gaming Chair is, overall, a great chair that balances price with quality wonderfully.
Pros:
Sleek styleSturdy designGreat cushionsFantastic priceCons:
Short backrestLimited recliningNo high-end featuresWhat you'll love about the Coavas PC Gaming Chair
Without a doubt, the best thing about the Coavas PC Gaming Chair is how comfortable it is. The seat and backrest are covered in thick and soft PU leather cushions, some of which have mesh material woven over them that further adds to the comfort of the chair. In addition, the armrests have a PU leather cushion on them as well, which makes them great to relax your arms on between game matches or while you're watching something. Lastly, the backrest has two large holes in it that allow air to flow, which eliminates instances of overheating during intense play sessions.
Another excellent thing about the Coavas chair is that it's surprisingly sturdy, considering its price. The whole thing feels very stable and balanced to sit in, so you can lean back or scoot yourself around in the chair without fear of it tipping over. Also, the chair looks very cool, and the sharp black and white appearance is sleek and stylish. If that's not your preference, though, a black and red version is available to select when buying the chair.
If you usually find yourself struggling with complex assembly, you don't need to worry about that with this chair. The assembly process is simple and straightforward, only taking me twenty minutes to put together and adjust to my liking. The instructions are clearly and cleanly put together, which makes for a pleasant experience overall.
What you'll love less about the Coavas PC Gaming Chair?
The biggest issue I have with the Coavas PC gaming chair is how short the backrest is. As a freakishly 6' 6" tall man, standard backrest sizes just don't cut it for me, as my head ends up being several inches above the chair's top. While the chair is still comfortable to use, there are times where I'd like to lean my head back, and I can't do that with this chair. Normal-sized human beings won't need to worry about this problem, but if you're a giant like I am, you might want to consider something like the RSP-300 chair instead.

Another issue with this chair is that the backrest's reclining is less extensive than other chairs I've used in the past. You can lean back a decent amount, but I still think some more flexibility would have gone a long way. It's certainly good enough if you don't like to go back too far, but if you do, you'll be disappointed.
Lastly, the chair lacks the fancy bells and whistles more expensive chairs have, such as foot extensions, seat depth adjustment, and the like. It has the basic stuff, such as 360-degree swiveling, height locking, and tension adjustment for reclining, but nothing too fancy. However, when you consider how inexpensive this chair is compared to its higher-level competitors, I think that's okay.
Should you buy the Coavas PC Gaming Chair?
If you're looking for a PC gaming chair that's dependable and comfortable, but you don't want to invest in something expensive, then the Coavas PC Gaming Chair is a wonderful choice that you should absolutely consider buying.
It's not great for super tall folks, and its reclining leaves something to be desired, but ultimately its comfortable design, sleek appearance, and sturdy build make it a chair that most PC gamers would have a good time with.
