Candy Crush Saga gets another small bug fix in latest update for Windows Phone
If you are a fan, nay, an addict of Candy Crush Saga, you may notice a small update coming to the store today. Version 1.50.1.0 is now live in the store, up from 1.45.2.0, which came out in early March.
Some have noted that the changelog references 15 new levels and something about Detective Dachshund. However, our more savvy readers will remember that those features came in the March 2nd, just over a month ago.
Indeed, we are likely looking at the old generic 'bug fixes and performance improvements' changes. On the other hand, it is great to see King keeping this app polished. If the company sees significant returns on their investment (read as in-app purchases), there is a good chance they will continue to bring over their catalog of crushing games. If Windows Phone needs one thing these days, it is that support.
Update: In comments, it is noted that they have bumped the levels from 845 to 890. However, we can not verify this as we have sought rehab for playing this game.
If you have noticed any fixes for problems, drop us a note in comments. Thanks, Abhishek Gupta8, and others for the tips!
