Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood and The Cartel join Xbox backward compatibility
Good 'ol Western.
Today, Larry Hryb, Director of Programming for Xbox Live, announced that Xbox 360 games Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood and Call of Juarez: The Cartel are now backward compatible on Xbox One. The two games aren't the heavy-hitters fans were hoping for, but they're still a lot of fun.
Backward compatibility opens Xbox One to a huge variety of games, spanning three generations of Microsoft's consoles. Despite hardware differences, it remains an outstanding feature, allowing a select library of older games to be played on Xbox One. While the majority of them are Xbox 360 titles, there are also some original Xbox games in there.

Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is a proper Western set in the Wild West which takes place through the first-person perspective. Aside from the chaotic gameplay, there's a love triangle woven in there. While the game didn't garner terrific reviews at launch, it's still regarded as one of the better entries in the staple series.
Call of Juarez: The Cartel
Call of Juarez: The Cartel is the third installment in the Western shooter franchise. According to Ubisoft, when a Mexican drug cartel bombs American soil, the government puts together a special task force to bring them down. Each character has their own unique story. The game takes you from the streets of Los Angeles to Ciudad Juarez in Mexico.
Be sure to check out these games on Xbox One if you're looking for a break between new experiences like The Crew 2. Even to this day Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood and Call of Juarez: The Cartel remain quite enjoyable.
