Bulletstorm gets Xbox One X Enhanced, features higher resolution
Bulletstorm has never looked better.
Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is the remastered version of Bulletstorm for Xbox One. The game not only features Duke Nukem as a guest character, but also upgrades the visuals and frame rate. The title runs at a smooth 60 frames per second (FPS) which makes shooting feel much more fluid and precise.
Many months ago, Gearbox Software promised that the game would receive Xbox One X support. Luckily, that patch finally rolled out today and significantly upgrades the resolution. However, during our testing, we noticed a lot of "jaggy edges" around character and gun models. This leads us to believe that it's running at a resolution of around 1800p instead of native 4K. Despite that, the presentation is incredibly crisp and locked at 60 FPS.

In our review, we said, "If any game from a previous generation deserved a second chance, it's Bulletstorm. And that's just what Gearbox has given it with the Full Clip Edition. They fully remastered the visuals in Unreal Engine 4, bringing high-resolution textures and models to Xbox One with a... 60 FPS frame rate. You get all of the original DLC, too, and that's pretty much it."
Can you make it off?
Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition brings the critically-acclaimed shooter to Xbox One in stunning ultra-high resolutions. Updated with better textures, increased polygon counts, sterling audio, and smoother frame rates, this new version of Bulletstorm comes with all of the previously-released DLC along with all-new content.
