Blizzard begins Overwatch open beta on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4
Blizzard has officially started the open beta for its upcoming MOBA shooter Overwatch on the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The open beta will last until May 9.
The launch of the open beta was confirmed by the official Overwatch Twitter account:

Xbox One owners will need to have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription to participate in the Overwatch open beta. It will allow players to try out all 21 of the game's heroes that will be available when Overwatch officially launches, along with all of its maps and modes. However, any progress made in the open beta will not be transfered when the final game is released
Overwatch will officially launch on May 24 and pre-orders for the Xbox One version are live for $59.88 at Amazon.
