Big Book of Cyberpunk
The World of Cyberpunk 2077 is a beautifully crafted, genuinely lovely book filled with all kinds of information, details, and artwork on Cyberpunk 2077, its over-arching universe, and Night City. The World of Cyberpunk 2077 has a more affordable standard version for those who want the info, but collectors and dedicated Cyberpunk 2077 fans should splurge on the Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition includes a ton of extra goodies and an exclusive cover and case.
Small Book of Cyberpunk
For a significantly lower cost than the prestigious Deluxe Edition, the regular version of The World of Cyberpunk 2077 still includes all the information and graphics your heart could desire. You're missing out on the gorgeous Night City map cover, the cool Cyberpunk-themed hard case, and all the extra goodies that are included, but the standard edition of this book fits on a bookshelf a little bit better, and it's still a great fit in any collection.

The Trauma Team series is (currently) a three-part comic series about an assistant EMT who survives a deadly encounter in Cyberpunk 2077. While the first three parts are available digitally, you can also pre-order Volume 1, which includes Parts 1-4, and is available in paperback, making it another great choice to flesh out your Cyberpunk 2077-themed bookshelf. In their Cyberpunk 2077 catalog, this is likely their most exclusive: a figure of the male V, the game's main protagonist, that glows in the dark. While a little pricier than other options, it could be well worth it for interested collectors.
Standard V
If you still want the male V Funko Pop! in your collection but don't want to spend extra or search for the exclusive "glow in the dark" edition, there's always the standard model of Cyberpunk 2077's default main protagonist. This figure looks great in any collection and on any shelf, and it won't cost you very much to get your hands on it.
The other half
Funko Pop! makes a ton of great Cyberpunk 2077 figures, including V, the main protagonist, in both male and female varieties. While V can be deeply customized in-game to be whoever and whatever you want them to be, V does have two distinct looks that have been used in marketing materials. Choose your favorite or grab them both; all of them will look great in your collection.
Mini Keanu
Of all the characters that have been shown off for Cyberpunk 2077, none are more memorable than Keanu Reeve's Johnny Silverhand, a phantom that lives inside the mind of V. Funko Pop! has two different Johnny Silverhands to choose from, with the first one depicting the ultra-cool character in a similar posture to when CD Projekt RED first introduced them to the world.

The second Johnny Silverhand figure from Funko Pop! depicts Cyberpunk 2077's coolest character, dual-wielding pistols and donning their signature sunglasses. The final figure in Funko Pop!'s Cyberpunk 2077 collection is Takemura, a secondary character in Cyberpunk 2077. Takemura understandably doesn't elicit the same excitement as V or Johnny Silverhand, but this is still a great figure that fits in the Cyberpunk 2077 world and makes a perfect starting point for your collection, as Takemura is often seen at lower prices than the other figures.

Both figures look fantastic, with lots of detail, and are both available for pre-order now. As seen here, the female V stands a little shorter, if only because, well, she's crouching a little bit. Both figures look to be high-quality collectibles.
V's best friend
Jackie Welles is another character that has been quite prevalent in Cyberpunk 2077's marketing materials and looks to be important to the story no matter where V starts. Get Jackie Welles in an equally high-quality figure as V, standing a slightly beefier 9.7" tall. This figure still features a lot of detail for the money, with Jackie dual-wielding pistols in some kind of stand-off.
The pinnacle

There are a nearly endless number of Cyberpunk 2077 collectibles and merch, many of which are already not available anymore. The best of the bunch right now is by far The World of Cyberpunk 2077: Deluxe Edition, which is a well-done breakdown of the world of Cyberpunk 2077, with beautiful artwork, creative case design, and a ton of extra goodies to make any collector blush. I personally own this book and can attest to the amount of love and attention put into this book and the overall construction. Plus, it's flat-out informative, with all the background information you could need on Cyberpunk 2077.
For the more avid collectors, consider the Dark Horse "Johnny Silverhand" Figure, a meticulously crafted 9.5" figure that isn't outrageous in its price (models can get awfully expensive) and looks epic. Johnny Silverhand stands tall, branding a sleek pistol in one hand, with an electric guitar casually perched in his other. There are other Dark Horse figures available with the same amount of detail and quality.
