The free Xbox Games with Gold for July have been revealed, and from Slime Rancher to Bayonetta, there's quite a bit to like here. All told, August will serve up around $89 worth of games and 4000 gamerscore for free for Xbox Live Gold members.
If you're playing along on Xbox One, you'll be able to pick up indie title Slime Rancher for free throughout the entire month of August. Meanwhile, Trials Fusion, a platform racing game, will be up for grabs from August 16 through September 15.
On the Xbox 360 side of things, Games with Gold will offer Bayonetta for free from August 1 through August 15. In the latter half of the month, you'll be able to grab Red Faction: Armageddon from August 16 through August 31. As always, the 360 titles on offer will be playable on Xbox One via backward compatibility as well. Currently, Red Faction: Armageddon isn't on the backward compatible list, though, so this should indicate we'll see it added relatively soon.
While all of these will go free in August, there are still July's final games to pick up as well. Xbox Live Gold subscribers can still grab Growup, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, and Runbow.
