Amnesia: Rebirth from Frictional Games is nearly here and ahead of launch, the developers have released a new story trailer, showing some of the environments players will get to explore. It also gives us a chilling tale from Salim, a survivor of the crash of the Cassandra. You can watch the Amnesia: Rebirth story trailer below.
Amnesia: Rebirth has players step into the shoes of Tasi Trianon. As Tasi makes her way through the Algerian desert, she'll have to use her wits and limited resources to survive horrifying creatures and solve puzzles. Her journey is described by Frictional as being harrowing far beyond any of the studio's past games, with Creative Director Thomas Grip saying "Amnesia is not just another haunted house spook-fest, but an emotionally harrowing journey. We aim to go beyond simple jump-scares and to affect players on a deeper level."
Amnesia: Rebirth is set to be released on October 20 for PC and PS4. It was announced earlier this year following a series of cryptic teases.
