Amazon killed some Crackdown 3 preorders due in error but the game isn't cancelled
Crackdown 3 is still in development, despite the rumors.
Today, rumors broke that Amazon Spain had begun canceling Crackdown 3 pre-orders, leading some to speculate that the game has been canceled. Thankfully that isn't the case.
Marketing lead Aaron Greenberg confirmed that the pre-orders were canceled by mistake and Amazon would be fixing them soon.

Crackdown 3 is an upcoming open world shooter from Sumo Digital and Microsoft, revolving around chaotic sandbox destruction. The game is also among the first to use cloud-assisted processing, which will provide the game with physics-based multiplayer environmental destruction far beyond anything we've seen previously. I've heard from a few places that the game could be further delayed, as Microsoft focuses on bringing up the game's quality, but until we get official word from Redmond, as always, take it with a grain of salt.
