Microsoft has a lot going on.
Today, Microsoft held its monthly "Inside Xbox" show. A variety of new content was demonstrated from popular games like The Division 2 and Sea of Thieves, alongside many other titles. You can read about everything the company announced during the livestream below.
Crackdown 3
Crackdown 3 got a bombastic launch trailer and opening cinematic which detailed the surprising story. If there were people who were worried about the single-player campaign, they should be pleased with this reveal.
Xbox Adaptive Controller
Microsoft shared the Xbox Adaptive Controller commercial for Super Bowl LIII.
Mortal Kombat 11
Mortal Kombat 11 witnesses the return of D'Vorah and Kabal.
Xbox Game Pass
Today, Microsoft announced a number of new games which are joining Xbox Game Pass in February. The highlight of the month has to be Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Not only is it the conclusion to Lara Croft's origin story, but it also raises the bar in terms of visuals, stealth, and shooting mechanics.
Xbox Game Studios
Over the past few years, the Xbox brand has become more than just a name to describe a console. It's prevalent on PC and on mobile devices. There are even reports that Microsoft is going to bring Xbox Live and Xbox Achievements to platforms like the Nintendo Switch. It seems that the higher-ups are the company are aware of this shift so they want Microsoft Studios to reflect that. Halo: Outpost Discovery
343 Industries is hard at work on Halo Infinite, but that hasn't stopped the team from releasing new Halo experiences for gamers. Recently, the developer partnered with Raw Thrills and PlayMechanix to bring Halo: Fireteam Raven to arcades around the world. Now, it's partnering with Herschend Live – one of the leading attraction and immersive experience creators — for Halo: Outpost Discovery. Herschend Live has worked on similar ventures like the Harlem Globetrotters to Dollywood.

The Division 2
Microsoft officially announced The Division 2 bundle. Ubisoft said that the Xbox One X offers the "crispest" version.
Sea of Thieves
Recently, Sea of Thieves even managed to become to most-viewed game on Twitch. It's clear that the developer wants this success to continue and today, announced a "Friends Play Free" event. The developer said, "Filled with thrills, spills, and the best kind of shenanigans, few things in life are more enjoyable than crewing up with friends in Sea of Thieves. If you've never had the pleasure, then this is for you – over the coming week we're letting every Sea of Thieves player invite three friends to join the fun." Between February 6 to 13, everyone who owns Sea of Thieves (or who has played it through a current Xbox Game Pass subscription) will be able to invite up to three friends to try the game for free.
Controller
This generation, Microsoft hasn't released as many special edition Xbox One consoles as Sony. However, the company has put in a lot of effort with multiple controllers. There are a lot of gorgeous peripherals out there — from the Titanfall controller to the mesmerizing Dusk Shadow — but the newly-announced "Sport Red" definitely makes a statement.
Astroneer
Astroneer leaves Xbox Game Preview tomorrow and brings with it a lot of new features. To celebrate the launch, the developers launched an Xbox One X into sub-orbit.
Journey to the Savage Planet
Journey to the Savage Planet is a first-person adventure for Xbox One game set in a bright and colorful alien world filled with weird and wonderful creatures. As an employee of Kindred Aerospace, players will be dropped onto an uncharted planet deep in a fictitious, far-away corner of the universe. Launched with high hopes but little equipment and no real plan, players are tasked with exploring, cataloging alien flora and fauna, and determining if the planet is fit for human habitation.

Jump Force got new footage during the Inside Xbox show.
Metro Exodus
Metro Exodus developers discussed the game and what players can look forward to next week.
