2TB Xbox One S goes on sale in retail stores on August 2
Microsoft will begin selling the 2TB version of the smaller Xbox One S console in retail stores on August 2 in select markets. The price for the Xbox One S will still be $399.
In a post on Xbox Wire, Microsoft added that all online pre-orders for the 2TB Xbox One S are also scheduled to ship on August 2. Here are the markets where the console will be on sale:

- Austria
- Belgium
- Canada
- Czech Republic
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Hungary
- Ireland
- Italy
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Poland
- Portugal
- Slovakia
- Spain
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Turkey
- UK
- United States
In addition, the new standard Xbox One controller, which comes with the Xbox One S, will be sold as a standalone product on August 2 for $59.99. It will have a textured grip, an improved Xbox wireless signal and Bluetooth support for Windows 10 Anniversary Update-based PCs.
The 500GB and 1TB version of the Xbox One S will go on sale later in 2016.
