If you're shopping on a budget and you need an inexpensive Windows laptop, Best Buy's Deals of the Day features the Asus Vivobook with a 17.3-inch screen on sale for $499.99. That's a $200 discount, but since this is a DOTD it isn't going to last for long. It could even sell out depending on the supply. The Vivobook comes in all shapes and sizes, with some configurations going for three times as much as this, so it's nice to see a model on sale for such a low price.

The Vivobook includes a free upgrade to Windows 11 Home operating in S mode. It's powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, 12GB DDR4 RAM for multitasking, Intel HD Graphics 5000 integrated graphics, and a 1TB hard drive that has plenty of space for all of your favorite applications and programs.

While the laptop comes with a 17.3-inch display with 1600 x 900 pixel resolution, it also supports HDMI output so you can connect to a larger monitor or just add some more real estate that way. Plus, despite the extra-large screen the laptop weighs just over five pounds and is less than an inch thick, so it can still travel with you. Other features include Wi-Fi 5, LED backlighting on the keyboard, and a built-in webcam so you can use the laptop for remote meetings or classes.

There are a lot of cheap Windows laptops out there, and many of them are regularly going on sale. If price is one of the most important factors for you when shopping for a new machine, be sure to check out the best cheap Windows laptops roundup we keep updated each week.
