A passionate group of Windows fans are looking to get Pokémon Go, the popular new mobile title from Niantic and The Pokémon Company, onto Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The group has started a petition on Change.org in order to bring attention to the issue.

With the above stated, the community composed of millions of loyal fans and users of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile humbly request Pokémon GO creators, Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, and Nintendo Co., Ltd., to release Pokémon GO on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile alongside their Android and iOS counterparts.
The petition highlights some of the various statistics that the companies involved in creating Pokémon Go should bring the game to Windows. While the petition has been around for several months already, with the recent release of the game for Android and iOS, it has seen a massive spike in support, and as of this writing it has 18,598 signatures.
For those of you that don't know, Pokémon Go is an augmented reality game that lets you go out into the real world to "find" and catch various Pokémon. Pokémon can be found all across your neighborhood and town, along with different Poké-shops where you can stock up on monster hunting supplies.
