Overwatch: Origins Edition and Collectors Edition contents revealed
Blizzard accidentally revealed Overwatch would be coming to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles, in addition to the PC, last night. Now the company has made an official announcement, along with their plans to release Origins Edition and Collectors Edition versions of the team-based shooter sometime in the spring of 2016.
The $59.99 Origins Edition will include access to 21 heroes and five origin skins, along with a special bonus skin for pre-orders, and access to all of the game's maps. it will also include a number of special in-game extras for many of Blizzard's other games like StarCraft II, Diablo III, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm.
The big $129.99 Collectors Edition will include all of the content of the Origins Edition, plus an artbook, the game's soundtrack and a 12.6-inch statue of one of Overwatch's heroes, Soldier: 76. Pre-orders for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions will go live soon.
