Happy Wars battles its way onto the Windows Store with cross play support
Quirky free-to-play action game Happy Wars is now available to download from the Windows Store. The Windows 10 version of the game joins its Xbox One and Xbox 360 counterparts, and features cross play support.
For those unfamiliar with Happy Wars, the game is a stylized online multiplayer battler that pits up to 16 against one another at a time. There's plenty of choice to go around, as the game also features six classes and different various different game modes to check out.
As Happy Wars developer Toylogic noted when today's release date was initially announced, the arrival of the Windows 10 version of the game will "conclude service" for the Steam version:
If you played the Steam version of Happy Wars previously, there's no need to worry. You'll be able to transfer your save data and progress over from the Steam version to the Windows 10 version after switching.
