Halo's main menus, and their music, get revived in new website
As we wait for Microsoft to release Halo 5 Guardians for the Xbox One on October 27, someone has decided to convert all of the main menus, along with their background music, of all the previous games in the Halo series to run in a web browser.
The site, Halome.nu, has the premise that many fans of the Halo series simply like to watch the animated main menus on their TVs or monitors while listening to the iconic theme music from the games. While the menu themselves are static and cannot be interacted with, the website does allow users to switch between the main menus and music for Halo: Combat Evolve, Halo, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo 3: Mythic (which had the multiplayer portion of Halo 3: ODST) Halo: Reach and Halo 4.
The site is certainly one that many fans of the Halo series would like to visit, if only to just watch the menus on the monitor and listen to all that terrific music without having to break out a game disc.
